We all know what has been our staple food for all this years. At the wee hours when we used to prepare for our Semester exams, when the mess was closed,what was that used to simmer on our room-heaters, and still continues to be an integral part of our breakfast, our skipped lunches, and our retreat when the Bai ditches us. It's the yellow packeted ,Red logoed, Slurpy set of two noodles that have bound me for all these years. Simple to make, yummy to swallow, hot on the tongue, I really don't care the nutrition value. The best flavor; Regular Masala. Add some red chill powder, or throw in your own recipe with some fried onions and may be mashed omelette, bam! we have a killer dish. Serve hot with some tomato sauce. Shaanti for the soul. That's what we call it.
